Uber Comfort & Business Comfort:

This ride cost around £28.94, which is around 20% more than usual Uber ride for comfort.  In order to be suitable for this, PCO and private hire drivers must complete 500 Uber trips with a rating of 4.85 minimum and have the right PCO vehicle. As for Uber Business comfort is similar to Uber comfort except it has priority support service.

Uber Exec:

This ride cost around £39.93 and this interests PCO and private hire drivers more.  However, the rules for Uber Exec is more firm and to qualify, PCO and private Hire drivers are required to drive luxury vehicle such as Audi or Volvo and it must be under six years.  PCO and private hire drivers have undertaken 1,000 jobs and must have a rating of 4.9 minimum.

Uber Lux:

This ride cost around £60.81 and it is the comfortable and expensive Uber ride.  Uber Lux has the similar rules as the Uber Exec for PCO and private hire drivers and the other vehicle beside Audi and Volvo, it has to be a Jaguar, Range Rover, Mercedes and BMW.

Uber Assist:

This is a special ride for people who are disabled, elderly or those who need additional assistance and it cost around £22.14, which is similar to UberX.  PCO and private hire drivers get additional 15% on top of the usual fare and this is very similar to Uber comfort, except drivers will need to complete a free online disability equality training.

Uber Access:

This ride cost around £22.14 and it is for passengers who require forward-facing wheelchair access.  Furthermore, similar to Uber Assist, PCO and private hire drivers will get 15% bonus, also a further £150 weekly incentive per ride and an extra £5 for access trip and extra waiting.  Drivers must have the right vehicle same as Uber Access and the congestion charges will be exempted.
